The factory was founded in Hong Kong in 1968 by Mr. Michael Chu, the Chairman under the name of Ocean toy factory. Thereafter, in 1985 the factory was incorporated as Wytrex Industries Limited. The main activity of the factory is the manufacture of quality and safe toys for infants from 0 month onwards, and educational stuffed toys. Although we did produce & supply "Walt Disney", "Sesame street" & "Barney' characters to our European customers, we used to have one "HONEYKID" line among our product lines which was running fantastically well. In the course of time, the buyers came to us & called us "HONEYKID" instead of our formal co***ny name. In view of thereof, in 1990 we changed the name thereafter to " Honeykid production workshop Ltd. & Honeykid International Ltd. Which have been formally well-known to the buys in the circle of soft toys. Now the Honeykid group employs over 200 workers who are working in different departments such as sales & marketing dept., Production dept., Sampling dept., Purchasing dept., QA dept...Etc.
We are now currently manufacturing & supplying quality soft toys over 90% of which are OEM items mainly to our European, Middle East & American customers. These products comprise playmates, nursery toys, soft books, educational toys, pyjama cases, hot water bottle covers, wooden/fabric toys, inflatable/fabric toys, nappy stackers, bean dolls and rag dolls etc. We have been taking part in the Nuremberg International Toy Fair every year since 1992 that buyers' visit are always welcome.
